Convert A2L to a Target BIN

Upload an A2L (ASAP2) definition file and optionally a target ECU BIN file. Without a BIN, the application produces an XDF using the A2L addresses without validating them against a ROM. When a BIN is supplied, it produces an XDF that is matched to the BIN. The A2L must be from the same family as the ECU BIN; an exact match is not required, but a related definition is. For example, a SIMOS 18 A2L file will generally work with a SIMOS 18 ECU BIN.
